Ballroom dance is a set of partner dances, which are enjoyed both socially and competitively around the world, mostly because of its performance and entertainment aspects. Some of the dances included under this heading include the waltz, two step, tango, foxtrot, lindy, rumba, jive and quickstep to name a few. Over the last decade there has been a resurgence of interest in Ballroom Dancing due to the popularity of televised shows feature Ballroom dance competition, such as Dancing with the Stars.
Dance steps can be quite intricate and quick and therefore difficult to see in real time. In addition to the above, Video Surgeon also has a looping capability which allows users to isolate a segment of a video for repetitive playing – and then to apply zooming and video slow motion – and to do ALL of this in the split screen mode.
