Ordering by mail is the slowest way to order. However, it does enable you to pay by credit card, check, money order. Any form of payment that is not “guaranteed” like a personal check, will require additional time to for funds to clear.   7. Click OK on the Internet Properties window.
  8. Close all open Internet Explorer windows and then relaunch Internet Explorer.

  1. Select Quick Preferences from the Filemenu.
